The Shamba Collective gives gym owners access to the programming philosophy, operating systems, business strategies, marketing resources, and event frameworks actively used inside our own Orange County facilities, including the first HYROX Performance Center in the United States. These systems helped support the growth of our flagship facility from 200 to 700 members in six months.
