Founder Rebekah Duron has owned and operated her own academy since 2009. Like many school owners, she experienced the hard side of the industry—struggling with inconsistent marketing, unpredictable enrollment, and even going broke while trying to grow her school. That experience became the foundation for what would later become Million Dollar Dojo.
Instead of relying on random marketing tactics, Rebekah began developing systems that focused on predictable student acquisition, strong enrollment processes, and long-term retention.
