Shamba Daily Class Programming is a scalable, coach-led system that blends strength, conditioning, functional movement, machine work, and HYROX-specific training into one complete performance offering. Designed to build power, endurance, muscular stamina, agility, and resilience, the programming balances strength-focused training with lower body, upper body, and posterior chain emphasis alongside conditioning that improves athlete performance under muscular fatigue. It also incorporates dedicated engine and cardio-focused work through longer efforts and endurance-based sessions that build aerobic capacity, refine pacing, and give athletes a better feel for the sustained pressure and demands of race day on the body.
