The new NCFIT Workout delivers one program and two journeys so that everyone at your gym has a workout option that fits their unique needs and goals. It is the perfect blend of high and moderate skill movements, linear progressions, and just enough variety always keep things interesting.
The NCFIT Workout (NCFIT) is an all encompassing strength and conditioning program perfect for athletes at all levels, advanced to beginner. NCFIT is presented daily (365 days a year) with (2) versions of the workout, Performance and Fitness. The Performance version of NCFIT allows athletes to test themselves against higher complexity movements and heavier weights. The Fitness version of NCFIT provides a more approachable version of the workout with moderate skills and moderate weights. Both versions can be adjusted up or down to suit the needs of any athlete.
COMP is our Competitors Track that is a carefully balanced prescription of conditioning, gymnastic skill development, and strength training for the competitor.
COMP consists of 3 daily parts – A. Conditioning, B. NCFIT Workout, and C. Strength/Skill Work. Workouts a designed on a 90 minute timeframe.
FLEX is a functional strength and full-body bodybuilding program only available at NCFIT! Workouts trade out intensity for a little more burn and aesthetics. Each day will consist of functional strength followed by a bodybuilding session. The goal of FLEX is simple – all gains, zero stress! FLEX workouts are designed on a 90 minute timeline.
GO is the best High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program for athletes to hit at home, on the road, or just getting after it on the go. The only equipment needed is a pair of dumbbells and a jump rope.
