What is AffiliateCon 2026

​AffiliateCon 2026 will take place on October 16-18 at the Omni Las Colinas in Dallas, TX. Rooms are available through the event’s official hotel booking link.

The three-day conference is run by Best Hour of Their Day and designed for affiliate owners and coaches. The priority for the event is practical learning over theory, which means you won’t sit through keynotes about high-level concepts and then leave with nothing to implement when you return to your gym on Monday. AffiliateCon sessions will help you with important decisions, like how you lead your team, grow your business, and keep getting better as a coach.

AffiliateCon 2026: 3 Programming Tracks

AffiliateCon 2026 has three programming tracks and allows participants to move back and forth between the three rather than just sticking to one. The tracks include:

  1. GROW. This is where the ownership and leadership content lives. Think staffing, retention, pricing, and the decisions that actually move your P&L.
  2. CONNECT. This track is built around the conversations that happen between sessions instead of just the ones on stage. Owners will be able to connect and compare notes about what’s working and where there’s room for improvement in their own gyms.
  3. BROADEN. This is about learning directly from people who’ve built tenure in the industry. Sessions will be led by experienced coaches and practitioners who are willing to walk through what they got wrong before they got it right.

On top of the three tracks, AffiliateCon 2026 runs dedicated coaching sessions where you can get hands-on feedback from experienced coaches.
