A fully comprehensive 3-Day-per-week Olympic Lifting program built to enhance mechanics, technique, and overall proficiency in the Olympic Lifts with the goal of working towards new 1RMs at the end of each cycle.
PRVN Burn is a 2-day per week add-on track designed to boost your community’s stamina, aerobic capacity, and muscular endurance. Built with a low barrier to entry, these sessions focus on high-output, accessible workouts that challenge athletes without complex skill requirements. Whether you’re looking to elevate general fitness, improve cardiovascular health, or target energy systems like lactate threshold, VO2 max, and aerobic threshold—Burn delivers. Perfect for affiliates seeking to add variety, increase attendance, and offer a results-driven conditioning option twice a week.
This will be a 3 day a week split, full body pump session focused on just some classic bodybuilding components to enhance our ascetics and some added buffers for our joints and ligaments.
This is an ideal structured add-on with strength and stability development for the everyday athlete to add into the mix 1-3 days per week or could be great for an athlete that has been dosed with lots of intensity and needs to pull things back for a bit to focus on structural strength work to rebuild, recharge, and get back into classic CrossFit.
