Class plans include expert coaching guidance for all class elements, pre-scaled options of the daily workout, comprehensive workout overview videos, and logistical considerations to fit your equipment needs.
CAP Compete programming is an additional programming track built to complement CAP Affiliate programming.
This programming track is specifically built to prepare competitively focused athletes to excel in the CrossFit Games Open, Online Qualifiers, and multi-event competitions.
In addition to its extra sessions, CAP Compete programming complements and often includes the daily workout from the CAP class. We believe this helps keep competitor members active and engaged in affiliate classes and community.
