They sold two access options: 24/7 access only in off-peak hours for $100-$130/month, or an add-on for CrossFit members to attend open gym in off-peak hours for $10-20/month. As a result, they brought in approximately $500-$1,000 per month in additional revenue.

3. Bundle with Programming Options

Wynne really helped to skyrocket CrossFit Humanity’s revenue when he built out a “level up” add-on. It includes 8+ tracks of programming (4+ class programs and 4+ open gym programs). He bundled the 24/7 gym access with the workouts as an “upscale premium programming option.” Originally, the 24/7 access option started at an extra $25-$35 per month. That laid the foundation to offer an open gym only space and have peak time access by utilizing part of the facility that was formerly sublet to a physical therapist team. Now that he’s bundled it with programming, Wynne is able to charge $45-$50 per month, and brings in more than $4,000 monthly.
