Forging Elite Superheroes

Turning everyday ordinary people into superheroes through our Affiliate Design programming – Krypton Athletics delivers time tested, community driven workouts straight from CrossFit Krypton, proven effective for all levels and ages. With eight tailored tracks/options that meet every athlete where they are, from beginners to seasoned competitors across all ages and levels. We recognize that needs vary by degree, not kind, our different track options deliver scalable strength, endurance, and skill challenges to ensure progressive growth for all. Each workout of the day comes with coaches notes, scaling options and open communication with our team to ensure your gym gets the same attention and care that we offer here at Krypton.

6 DAYS/WEEK

Class Workout

Our workouts of the day are as “classic CrossFit” as you can get. Each session is designed around a class time of 60 minutes, including warm-ups, workout of the day, coach notes, stimulus/intentions and scaling options. Movements of the month are a fun staple we utilize and build towards each month. Side note to remember: “The workout of the day should exceed the capacity of the fittest athletes on earth” -Greg Glassman

Good coaches make the workout accessible for everyone and we will provide scaling options and suggestions for each workout to help coaches.

6 DAYS/WEEK

FIT Workout

The Krypton Fit classes are built around a 30-minute class window and contain simple movements, focused on basic metabolic conditioning and high-intensity interval training. Expect 15-20 minute workouts with machine and bodyweight work, and the occasional kettlebell or dumbbell movement thrown in the mix. We often have athletes who try these classes as their first introduction to CrossFit and high-intensity exercise. We don’t usually require an introduction course for these classes. BUT, don’t let the simplicity fool you, these workouts will test your resolve!

2 DAYS/WEEK

STRONG Workout

The Krypton Strong Olympic weightlifting class is a 60-90 class 2x week. This is a specialty class Ben personally runs for those interested in building familiarity with the two Olympic lifts: The Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. Each session includes a warm-up, skills and drills, one or two main lifts, and some accessory work to finish. If you have athletes who struggle with barbell lifts and technique during regular class times, this is a great chance for them to drill these basics! If we do cycles, they are short and usually you can hop in at any time and still see the benefit.

5 DAYS/WEEK

Endurance

This track is for athletes of all levels looking to improve their endurance when it comes to rowing, biking, ski erg, and running. If you follow along, you will get familiar with pacing specific time domains all while building your engine!

Partner

Iron sharpens Iron. This unique track will provide you with daily fun and challenging partner and team workouts. They will be partner style variations of the class workouts. We all know you push harder when friends are depending on you. This is perfect for close, small groups or classes to get some good intensity and have fun. Each workout will be for partners or teams of three, if it is teams of three we will give a partner variation as well. We do a ton of partner workouts in classes at Krypton and they are awesome.

Bodybuilding

This accessory style program is designed with purpose to get you stronger, healthier, and moving better. Great for an extra session or a stand alone program.

Garage/At-Home
6 DAYS/WEEK

Garage/At-Home

A minimal equipment version of our class workouts for those at home or in the garage with limited equipment. Each workout will have a dumbbell and bodyweight only variation for those on the go.

Legends (55+)

This is our CrossFit Class for 55+. Anyone and everyone is welcome, we teach scaling and stimulus for each workout with a focus on functional movements, relative intensity, and the end goal of health and longevity. This class is 3 days per week.
