What we’ve been working on: week of November 17th

This week’s updates have a little bit of something for everyone. They’re designed to help make your and your athletes’ lives easier. Check them out below:

Our online sales portal: 

• Athletes who drop in to your gym can sign up for their class and sign their paperwork online, but choose to pay later at the gym from the online sales portal.
•  Athletes can use ACH payments to buy memberships online.
• Your location ID has been added to Online Sales URLs so that environments with multiple locations can easily link specific plans in emails, web pages, etc.

Our payroll feature: 

• We’ve made a few tweaks and updates to the payroll setup screens so that they are easier to use and understand.

Automated emails: 

• We released a new ‘Missing Athlete’ automated email that you can choose to send to athletes who haven’t come to class for a specific amount of days.
• This email will only be sent to athletes — not coaches, managers, admins, or staff.
• It won’t be sent to suspended athletes.
• You can optionally send this email to athletes without active memberships.
• You can activate this email in the “Automated Emails” tab in Wodify.

Memberships and payments:

• Admins/Managers can now stop a session membership from renewing. The membership will stop on the final punch. Admins/Managers will also have the option to deactivate the athlete after the final punch too.
• You can now email any invoice to an athlete directly from the invoice edit screen.
