We’re releasing Retail Phase 1 Sunday night…

Phase 1 of retail includes:

  • Enhanced invoicing system
  • Ability to collect payments from non-members
  • Credit Card swiping support on all invoice screens
  • Add Store Credit to members that can be used for future purchases

What we need from you…

  1. Call GoEMerchant (888-638-7867) and sign up for a retail account
  2. Add your Retail Processor ID to Wodify
  3. Order your USB Swiper (we suggest 2 – one for retail and one for drop-ins at the Coachboard)
  4. Plan for Wodify to be down for up to 24 hours starting Saturday at 6pm EST (we are making BIG updates that effect the entire system; no option but to temporarily shut down service)

What’s coming in Phase 2?

Phase 2 is set to be released mid-January. Here’s what’s included:

  1. A slick, responsive POS interface (check out the sneak peek below)
  2. Product and Inventory Management
  3. Shopify Integration to your website

One more time…Wodify will be out of service….

Plan for Wodify to be down for up to 24 hours starting Saturday at 6pm EST. We will alert you when Wodify is back online. We will also provide detailed support documentation at that time.
