Gym Track

“Variance is not random it is an intended plan and guideline for achieving a well-rounded athlete.” We take this to heart and program in such a way to avoid burnout as well as provide enough stimulus across the board to see your athletes improve in all areas of fitness.

Each plan consists of a written brief, two video briefs (one for your coaches, the coaching notes, and one for your members, the daily brief), 4 built-in level (scaling) options, warmup, workout goal, workout prep, and recovery where applicable.

5 days / week

Unlike other competitor programs, this is not a stand-alone product — this program is used in combination with our gym program.

Here’s how it works: Your athlete will attend the day’s regular class and also perform the workout from the competitor program. Sometimes the athlete will perform the competitor workout before regular class and sometimes they will perform it afterward (and sometimes they will have stuff to do before and after the workout).

2 days / week for 12 weeks

An epic 2 day per week program written by Olympian Chad Vaughn. Works as a repeating 6 week cycle.

5 days / week

For ages 12 – 18, our program develops physical skills in an environment of community, accountability, teamwork and responsibility.

Each class gives teens time to focus on a harder skill or movement that either improves their coordination/balance or transfers over to more powerful lifts. We keep the workouts challenging not just to make teens more fit, but also to give them a sense of accomplishment.

Working hard to get that first pull-up does amazing things for self-confidence. It also teaches teens how to have a positive attitude toward challenges.

5 days / week

For kids ages 7 -12, our program develops physical abilities, social skills and self-confidence.

The program can prepare kids for sports, making them fitter and more coordinated, or provide an alternative for kids who are not interested in competitive sports or traditional team sports. It’s also great for developing good motor patterns, balance, and a positive attitude toward challenges.

At the very least, we keep things fun and the kids moving.

Taz and I have been focusing on simple but well-thought-out session plans that provide space for coaching as well as plenty of opportunity for your members to push themselves and get more fit since 2008! Crazy right? Our team has well over 60 years of experience across only 5 people. We bring in a specialist to help with Kids, Teens, and Comp (Matt Lodin) as well as Oly (Chad Vaughn) to provide the highest quality experience. We love our team and feel so grateful they chose WUWO as their creative outlet.

Since you know your gym and members the best, we post the first 10 workouts of the next month on the 20th of the previous month, then the remainder on the first of the month so you and your coaching team can get a head start of planning before the month starts! This is really important to us.
