We believe CrossFit™ works. The CrossFit™ where you can’t run or hide from your weaknesses because—variance. Where you don’t get to touch the barbell every day, and yes sometimes you run a 5k. The CrossFit™ that says “Leave Your Ego At The Door.” Our Session Plans mix major lifts, gymnastics, and endurance as much as creativity allows because Routine is the Enemy… and because it’s more fun and more likely to keep us fit and functional into our 80s and 90s. To give your coaches everything they need to succeed, we also include a Workout Brief with scales and substitutions to preserve the stimulus, Workouts with 3 levels of difficulty, detailed Coaching Notes, a daily Video Brief where Pat stands at the whiteboard and gives you the gameplan, Customized Warmups, Movement Demonstration Videos, and Study Material that goes deeper into elements of the day’s plan.
